Workshop Overview
This workshop teaches journaling as an intentional, supportive practice rather than a task or
obligation. Participants will learn how to use journaling to process emotions, gain clarity, and
deepen self-awareness.
We’ll introduce a simple method for using an oracle deck to gently identify a focus or theme,
then move into firsthand journaling from personal experience rather than overthinking or “doing
it right.” The session closes by returning to the oracle card to reflect on alignment, insight, or
perspective gained through the writing process.
This workshop is ideal for anyone who:
• Feels stuck or inconsistent with journaling
• Wants structure without rigidity
• Uses oracle cards but isn’t sure how to integrate them meaningfully
• Wants journaling to feel supportive, not overwhelming
No prior journaling or oracle experience is required.
